今天的 Brunch 就是煎牛排啦!!!!!!!

昨天晚上已經先把新鍋子處理完畢了~

阿~
這鍋子真是好用，
只需要開電磁爐的 加熱2檔
不用2min溫度就夠了耶!
牛肉放下去就會有 "滋....."的反應哩。

今天有點太冷 (~13 C) + 風很大....
就懶得到陽台煎了..... (怕油煙)，
結果，這油煙真是出乎意料的少耶!!!!!!
可以說都沒油煙!
加上牛肉也不後，大約 1min 就可以翻面了~
~兩分鐘可以上盤 (8分熟)!!!!

喔，對了，網路上有人反映這鍋子家熱會有塑膠味，我倒是沒聞到~

Part II  !!!!
也是竹北家樂福買的 澳洲牛肉~
這牛肉有點太厚
(雖然 小火, 4.5min/面 就約7分熟了)，
表面油花看起來很均勻，
但裡面的幾根筋....
有點煞風景~~~~~

可以準備上桌了 ^+++++++^
撒點 岩鹽, 加些 香料(上次跟人家一起買costco牛肉送的)，
好好吃喔~~~
比起上面的美國牛肩肉，
比較硬一點，
筋多一些，
但是 牛油的香味比較濃郁~~~







hm.... 考慮到 我的技術問題....
下次還是買 切好片的牛肉比較好料理 ^^"，
然後，這次的牛肩肉有點太薄(~0.8cm)，
讓嚼勁少了點，
最好能有 ~1.5cm 會更讚!!!
(說到這，我就一直很哀怨....  一直揪不到2~3個人跟我一起買 costco的牛排... QQ)

anyway, 又是滿足的一餐 :))))))))))))))))))

星期六冒著新竹無敵大的風到南寮漁市場買的!
出發前google了一下，
>> 螃蟹估謝要買白肚子；
>> 母蟹要買黃肚子~~~
然後，煮的時候要先冰鎮，
讓螃蟹進入冬眠狀態，
放進鍋子時，要把它反著放，
這樣它就不會自己翻過來，
and  不會弄斷自己的腳啦~~~

anyway, 那天買了 一隻大公蟹, 450元!
450TWD/ 台斤(~600 gram).

依著google到的流程冰鎮, 反著放,
我自己切了點薑片,
加了一大匙的紅標米酒(19% Alc.)~~~~
大約煮了.... ~15-20 min...
(期時我也不確定 XDDD 就翻開看, 紅透了,
and 有螃蟹香味飄出就大概OK啦!)



這不知道是第幾次買紅鱘回宿舍煮，
不過是第一次買公蟹 ^^"
那蟹螯好大好大!!!!!!!!!
本來想吃蟹膏(說是螃蟹的精囊 XDDDDD)，
結果好像沒有預期的好吃!!!!!
so~ 下次還是買母紅蟳吧 ^+++++++++^

這週是買了一家現挖的牡蠣(oysters)，
一斤 180 TWD，
買了100元，大概可以煮兩人份，
鮮美呀!!!!!
也是只做簡單調味: 薑片，米酒，鹽巴。

^+++++++^ 大約 600元的花費! 吃了很豪華的晚餐!!!!!!!!

在竹北家樂福買的電磁爐可用平底鍋 ^^

忍了好久終於買了!

雖然也不算便宜.... 800 TWD     = =a

但跟旁邊的那些牌子比起來(2400起)算是便宜又大碗了 :)

這樣，haha  要煎蛋, 煮義大利麵醬, 煎香腸, 香腸炒蛋,.... 煎牛排 :))))  就方便多了!

This semester is going to the end~

yep! I have to finish this project and start to ..... lots of thing :)

like choose a Lab. for a international exchange program, submitting journal papers, ....

oh!!!! And my dear En- tutor is going to come back to Taiwan recently ~

so.... I have to prepare some interesting articles and homeworks for the class.....   :P

anyway, it's 10:50 p.m. (Taiwan).....

I'm going to go to my dorm.....
